Our site offers handmade furniture. We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, grain, and dimensions may occur. The ten large-sized pictures provided for each product are intended to offer a comprehensive visual representation, but actual product appearance may vary slightly. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website, and all transactions are processed securely.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Details regarding shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be provided at the time of checkout. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our online platform pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our furniture, all sales are considered final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. Shipping costs for returns, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed damaged or defective by us.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the design and arrangement thereof, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
